I'd Tell You I Love You, but Then I'd Have to Kill You
I just began reading a book called I'd Tell You I Love You, but Then I'd Have to Kill You. The title is quite intriguing, and it catches your eye. At first I was a little hesitant to read it because it started out slow, but it sped up, and I decided to keep reading. The words flowed so well, and in every chapter there was always a fragment of drama. It is like a road. There are bumps along the way that make your ride interesting. It I had to tell you how this road was I would give you a BUMPY. It is from a series called the Gallagher Girls. It is about a bunch of girls from grades 7 - 12 that go to a uniformed school that teaches them how to be spies. This year, they get a new attractive teacher in one of their classes that is different than all the others. Instead of teaching them about new topics, he decided to take them into the real world to go on missions. Their school being a boarding school, they never go out unless they are on a mission, which they have not been on until now. The mission they receive from their teacher is not only interesting, but peculiar. They have to find out what one of the teacher's (without his uniform) is drinking with a funnel cake at a fair. They also have to bring around objects that have cameras in them so their teacher can see their actions. I am extremely curious to find out what will happen next. The author of this book is Ally Carter. She has written a few books which are the Gallagher Girls Series, The Heist Society books, Cheating at Solitare, and Learning how to Play Gin. This book is for people that love mystery novels. If you do you should definitely read this book!

Yasmine,
ReplyDeleteI have heard that a lot of people have enjoyed this book! I really liked how you described the mission that they have because the back cover of the book does not explain it very well. I REALLY want to read this book now. Ally Carter is one of my favorite authors. Have you read Heist Society? It seems similar to this book. Great blog!!!!
